Bob Weissman

Founder and Chairman

Bob Weissman, cofounder of Clarus & Fidelis Consulting Corporation, has helped organizations win federal business since 1984. Following a career in the United States Army (Officer, Active and Reserve), Mr. Weissman has worked on more than 450 government proposals as a capture manager, proposal manager, volume manager, proposal reviewer, or business developer. Mr. Weissman has won large-scale projects within DoD activities, USPS, HHS, DOJ, NASA, DOE, and the Department of Commerce. A large procurement specialist, Mr. Weissman has won more than fifteen $100M+ government contracts and numerous Government-wide Acquisition Contracts (GWAC).

Mr. Weissman has served as vice president of business development/capture management for large businesses and, in this capacity, has built corporate proposal reuse centers and business acquisition strategies. Mr. Weissman is a published novelist and has presented at numerous APMP conferences. He received a BA in Communications from Hofstra University and an MBA from Augusta College.
